Welcome to Shamoo. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the Shamoo app, you agree to be bound by these rules.

1. User Eligibility

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any draws or promotions.
  • Legal Residency: Participation is restricted to authorized regions as permitted by local law.
  • Identity Verification: Official ID verification may be required for major prize claims.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information (Phone Number, Full Name) during registration.
  • Strictly one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Ticket Purchases & Draws

  • Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Draw Rules: Each promotional draw may have its own specific rules and entry deadlines, which will be clearly displayed in the app.

4. Winnings & Prize Claims

  • Notification: Winners will be notified via SMS, phone call, or directly within the App.
  • Deadline: Unless otherwise stated, prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the draw.
  • Verification: Physical or digital Official ID is required to claim major prizes.

5. Wallet & Payouts

  • Deposits made into the Shamoo wallet are exclusively for purchasing tickets and cannot be directly withdrawn.
  • Winnings can be withdrawn to a linked Bank Account or Mobile Wallet.
  • Payout processing typically takes 24-72 hours to allow for necessary security and fraud-prevention checks.

6. Responsible Gaming & Liability

  • We encourage all users to participate responsibly and within their means. Self-exclusion tools are available upon request.
  • Shamoo is not liable for indirect losses, technical failures, network outages, or device incompatibilities.

7. Updates to Terms

Shamoo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
